Director of Institutional Advancement (Associate from August, 2010 to May, 2011) - Providence Cristo Rey High School-PCRHS
is hiring an Associate Director of Institutional Advancement to become the future Director of Institutional Advancement in May, 2011.
The current Interim Director of IA is the recent President of Key Bank of Indiana. The Associate Director will have the opportunity
to work side-by-side with him for nine months to meet and establish relationships with community leaders in Indianapolis. The
Associate Director of Advancement will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the school's strategic advancement plan
- Soliciting and cultivating major donors
- Communicating to the public the school's mission
- Maintaining the Donor Perfect data base
- Authoring grant proposals and manage grant application process
- Directing the school's annual fund raising and capital campaigns
A description of the future responsibilities as the Director of Institutional Advancement will be forwarded on request.
Qualified applicants will have a bachelor's degree, fundraising experience for non-profits, and be able to articulate the
school's mission to a variety of publics.

Associate Director of Admissions - Providence Cristo Rey High School is seeking to hire an Associate Director of
Admissions. S/he will focus efforts in proactively recruiting qualified students to increase enrollment.
The Associate Director of Admissions will be responsible for:

Focusing on potential for growth of student enrollment in accord with the missions of Providence Cristo Rey High School
and the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary of the Woods.

Collaborating with the admissions director to administer a fair and equitable admissions process approved by the president.

Visiting and speaking at elementary schools, churches, community centers and other venues where prospective students or parents
gather and participating in Public Relations events in the community as assigned.

Meeting with parents, prospective applicants, church personnel, civic and school representatives as
requested by the Admissions Director.

Coordinating and conducting tours.

Collecting and tracking information from prospective students.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree and/or school admissions work experience, fluency in Spanish and English,
strong ties to the Indianapolis Latino community, and an ability to articulate the mission of the school. Please send a cover

Social worker - This individual will focus on the social, emotional, and personal wellness of students so that they can
achieve maximum benefit from their educational program. The social worker also will support families in accessing services they
require from various agencies in the community. Requirements: BSW or MSW degree, experience in urban school settings preferred.
